Where Clinical Autonomy Meets Enhanced Experiences

Breanna Buck Couch was a beautiful light, one of a kind in every way. As our Lead Integrations Coordinator, she brought invaluable support and the dedication to her work was unmatched, but it was her heart that truly set her apart. Breanna had a gift for making everyone around her feel seen, valued, and loved. She was, in every sense, a best friend to those fortunate enough to know her.

In this video, Dr. Smith shares a beautiful tribute to what Breanna meant to our GPS family and to everyone who knew and loved her. His words capture the essence of who she was and the incredible impact she had on all of us.

To honor Breanna’s legacy, GPS is announcing the Breanna Buck Couch Best Friend Award – a tribute to being the best most incredible best friend and the way she made everyone feel seen, valued, and loved. Beginning this quarter, we’ll accept nominations from our practices across the nation to recognize team members who embody Breanna’s spirit of kindness, connection, and unwavering support for others. Additional details about the award, nomination process, and recipient recognition will be shared soon. As described in Dr. Smith’s video, this award will represent everything Breanna was to our team.. every quarter, forever.

Lastly, so many have asked how they can help. A group of Breanna’s closest friends created “Ava’s Future Fund” at Simmons Bank to support her precious daughter the way Breanna would have always wanted. If you feel led to contribute, you can do so online at https://gofund.me/0dde98e0f or at any Simmons Bank location. Every contributor will be shared with Ava so she knows how loved her mama was and just how many lives she touched.

We will never be able to thank this community enough for the unwavering amount of love our team members have felt this week.

Our hearts are with her husband, Derrick, and sweet Ava. Breanna’s legacy of love and light will live on through them and through all of us who were blessed to know her.

Rest in peace, beautiful Breanna. You are so deeply missed and forever loved.
