Dr. Hunter Smith, after graduating dental school to become a General Dentist, co-founded GPS Dental in 2015 with Dr. Will Little. By partnering with Will in their hometown of Jonesboro, Arkansas, GPS was founded on the idea of creating real, meaningful, and lasting equity partnerships with dental clinicians around a dental support organization that could add value to all areas of their non-clinical needs. Hunter graduated college from Arkansas State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Professional Studies with a Biology Emphasis and a minor in Chemistry. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center’s College of Dentistry in Memphis in 2014. Hunter has been married to his high school sweetheart, Nan, since 2012. Together, they have a 6 year old son, Brady and a 3 year old son, Win. Outside of traveling and spending time with his family, Hunter enjoys playing and watching golf and tennis, collecting watches, trying to keep up with the popular TV shows, laughing at memes, and smoking a cigar by his well-made fires.

Dr. Will Little graduated dental school from the University of Tennessee in 2013 and moved back to his hometown of Jonesboro, Arkansas to practice clinically with Dr. Ron Burnett. In 2015, Dr. Little teamed up with his college and dental school friend Dr. Hunter Smith to co-found GPS Dental. Since then, he has worked to build quality partnerships with great clinicians in exceptional practices across the country. GPS Dental was built on the foundations of clinical autonomy and transparency between the DSO and our clinicians. Dr. Little works everyday to protect the practice of clinical dentistry while creating value to the partners of GPS. When he is not working for GPS and their partners, you will most likely find him on the golf course. With a passion for golf course architecture, he enjoys playing at new courses all over the country. He also loves to duck hunt across Northeast Arkansas, and spend time with his family on Greers Ferry lake. Together, Will and his wife Brynn have three children, John David, Jack and Emma James.

Justin is the CFO for GPS Dental and is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Graduating in 2001 from Lipscomb University with a degree in Accounting, Justin began his career in accounting and served in several multi-site, private equity backed healthcare companies. Prior to joining GPS Dental in October 2022, Justin served as SVP of Finance from 2017-2022 for Covenant Physician Partners in Nashville and the VP of Accounting from 2011-2017. During his tenure, Justin helped the company grow from 6 locations to 100+ and was the lead in finance during the recapitalization with KKR in 2017. Leveraging extensive financial acumen and executive leadership, Justin is adept at leading strategic financial initiatives, overseeing fiscal operations, providing robust guidance and direction to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with industry standards. Justin spearheads complex fiscal strategies, steers the company toward sustainable growth and maximizes shareholder value. Justin’s goal is to foster a stable and thriving financial infrastructure within the organization. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his two kids, Coleman and Greer, and outdoor activities.

Holly is the COO for GPS Dental, originally an Atlanta native, she now lives in Nashville with her family, her husband, Chad, and her two children, Griffin and Davis. Graduating in 2002 from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Holly chose a different path and has worked in healthcare for almost 25 years. A results-driven professional with a passion for strategic leadership and team empowerment, Holly thrives in navigating dynamic business landscapes. With a proven track record in spearheading high-performing teams, Holly is adept at fostering innovation, driving change, and achieving ambitious goals. Her visionary leadership style, coupled with a knack for inspiring and developing talent, has consistently delivered impactful results across diverse specialties. Prior to joining GPS Dental in November of 2022, Holly served for 5 years as the SVP of Operations for Extremity Healthcare (65 locations) which was subsequently acquired by Upperline Health (130 locations) in 2021. Recognizing her talents and the impending challenges that would arise with the addition of 65 practices, Upperline moved Holly and her family to Nashville and appointed her SVP of Operations. Holly handled the integrations of the two groups and successfully combined and centralized service lines, developed an operations team covering practices in seven states, and proved to be a valuable member of the business development team. In her free time, Holly is an avid fan of college football and enjoys live music.

Alicia is a CPA and the Chief Accounting Officer based in Mansfield, Texas. As a certified public accountant and a personal financial specialist, Alicia ensures that the organization’s debits equal their credits. She prefers to dig her boots in and get the job done. Procrastination is never on her agenda. Alicia follows the philosophy, “If you don’t know, ask!” Teams that lean on each other’s knowledge are always the ones that thrive. Alicia values hearing her team’s pain points as it allows her to work with them to alleviate those frustrations. In the future, Alicia aspires to continue working, building efficiencies in GPS’ accounting processes and maintaining the high quality of the organization. When she’s not working, she spends her time at the ball fields.

Sarah Glomski, Executive VP of Operations based in Jonesboro, AR, holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Mississippi. Beginning her journey in the dental industry in 2009, Sarah quickly advanced through administrative roles within GPS Dental, gaining expertise in Operations, Conversions, Transitions, Insurance, RCM, and Accounts Payables. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, Sarah now leads collaborative efforts across departments and Regional Directors to optimize workflows and achieve partners’ short-term and long-term goals effectively. Married to her husband, Adam, for over 20 years and blessed with two boys, Clay and Alex, Sarah finds joy in traveling and spending quality time with her family. As GPS Dental continues to grow, she remains dedicated to providing unwavering support to partner doctors, helping them fulfill their objectives within the GPS Dental network.

Deana, our Executive VP of Human Relations, is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the dental industry, including dental consulting, oral surgery, and HR management.

In her role, Deana oversees a broad spectrum of responsibilities vital to the smooth functioning of our organization, from staffing and employee relations to compensation and benefits, training and development, policy development, and more. Driven by a desire to continuously improve and contribute to organizational success, Deana aspires to further her professional growth and make a meaningful impact in the HR field.

Beyond creating a positive work environment, Deana finds joy in spending time with her family. Married to her best friend Kerry for 38 years, she treasures moments with her two daughters, Lori and Sarah, and their four precious grandchildren. Outside of family time, Deana enjoys playing tennis, one of her favorite sports.

Britney is the Executive Vice President of Marketing for GPS Dental. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing & Marketing Management from Arkansas State University, Britney brings a wealth of experience in building brand awareness through effective promotion and advertising strategies. She aspires to lead her team well and collaborate on initiatives that help drive the company forward.

As the inaugural hire for the marketing department in June 2018, she played a pivotal role in developing the GPS logo and brand. Since then, she has consistently worked to advance their vision through a period of rapid organizational growth and a recapitalization in recent years. Her adaptability and expertise have been key in navigating the dynamic landscape of marketing and dentistry for GPS Dental and the practices they support.

Before joining GPS, Britney gained extensive experience at Dillard’s, Inc., where she excelled in various departments. She concluded her tenure as the Department Manager for the Lancôme Cosmetic Brand, achieving notable success by hosting numerous production events, maintaining ongoing training through L’Oréal, and earning multiple awards for consistently surpassing her sales goals. Additionally, her internship with St. Bernard’s Medical Group provided valuable preparation for her successful career at GPS Dental. With a goal to establish trust and become a valued extension of GPS Dental’s supported practices, Britney is dedicated to generating tangible results that positively impact the dedicated employees and patients cared for by the organization.

In her free time, she enjoys Peloton cycling, attending basketball games with her family, and spending time with her husband and their two-year-old daughter.

VP of Revenue Cycle Management

With an expansive career spanning over two decades in the dental management and billing industry, Heather has established herself as a visionary leader and expert in Revenue Cycle Management.

Currently, as the VP of Revenue Cycle Management at GPS, Heather is focused on the implementation of a standardized operating process to centralize insurance and patient billing across the organization. Her strategic approach involves developing efficient workflows, structuring staffing to optimize revenue, and overseeing the RCM department.

Previously, Heather served as the OMS Operations Coordinator at Dental ClaimSupport (DCS), where she led and supervised a dynamic dental billing team, ensuring the success of dental practices across the United States. She played a pivotal role in consulting for general dentistry clients, DSOs, and oral surgery practices, both onsite and virtually. Heather also built and managed an Oral & Maxillofacial Department from the ground up, recognizing and addressing the industry’s need for specialized expertise in Oral Surgery billing.

Before her time at DCS, Heather was the President of Atlantic Dental Management Corporation. She oversaw one of Volusia County’s largest private general dental practices, managing all financial responsibilities, supervising patient flow, handling payroll, and ensuring excellent patient care. Her leadership and management skills were crucial in maintaining the practice’s high standards for many years.

Heather went to Daytona State for Business Administration and is happily married with three children. During her free time, she is either on the beach during the summer or skiing in Colorado with her children during the winter. Any activity outdoors is where Heather loves to be.

Cameron is the VP of Market Operations based out of Rhode Island. Cameron’s degree is in CDA, however she has been in the dental operations field for over 25 years. Cameron is a Founding Member of the RI Oral Health Commission and a member of AADOM (American Academy of Dental Office Managers). Cameron believes that leadership is about being a servant first. Cameron is married with 2 children, is an avid reader, enjoys renovating houses in her spare time.

Cassidy
VP of Recruiting
Cassidy is the VP of Doctor Recruiting and resides in Plano, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management and has spent 11 years in retained recruitment consulting. Throughout his career, Cassidy has received several awards and promotions he’s proud of, including recruiter of the year and recruiter of the quarter. While his primary focus is on doctor recruitment and retention, he also lends his talents to staffing strategy and anything else GPS may need. He values honesty, respect, and accountability in himself and strives to teach it to others. He donates frequently to a variety of causes and loves to spend time with his family and two pugs. Cassidy is also a professional musician who enjoys the time he spends performing live or making studio work. Despite his busy schedule, he always makes time to go out to Lake Lavon and try to outsmart the fish on a beautiful day.

Finance Director

Jon is the Finance Director at GPS Dental, bringing over 25 years of diverse experience in accounting, finance, and management to the role. With a robust educational background that includes a BS in Accounting (1994), a BS in Corporate Finance (2008), and an MBA (2010), Jon also earned his CPA certification in 1997. Jon’s professional journey began in public accounting (1994-1997), followed by a role as a financial analyst at Danaher Corporation (1997-2000). He then served as Controller at Sun Ergoline (2000-2001) before transitioning to finance administration within a non-profit organization (2001-2013). Jon’s career continued as a finance management consultant for entrepreneurs (2013-2018) before joining GPS Dental as their first finance/accounting hire in January 2019.

One of GPS’s co-founders provided an example of a KPI report from a large CPA consulting firm within the first few weeks of Jon’s employment and emailed, “…obviously, something like this isn’t the expectation. They have an entire team working on these things. However, it is a good example of what we want to do on a smaller scale.” Jon met and exceeded this challenge by being instrumental in developing a set of KPIs and financial reports customized to GPS’s needs. The KPI reports were significantly important in gaining the company’s first equity investors, Main Post Partners, and earned him a promotion to Controller.

In his current role as Finance Director, Jon manages cash flow, assists with treasury responsibilities, and assists in overseeing financial operations at GPS Dental. He is guided by a professional philosophy of treating others with respect and kindness, embodying the Golden Rule.

Outside of his professional life, Jon enjoys running, spending time with his family, supporting his wife’s professional career, and volunteering at Blessed Sacrament. Looking ahead, Jon aspires to continue learning from others, especially younger professionals, and to contribute to the growth and development of the finance field.

Jon is dedicated to fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment while pursuing excellence in financial management and strategic planning.

Megan is a seasoned dental industry leader with over 13 years of experience optimizing operations and driving sustainable growth. Originally from North Carolina, she now calls Vancouver, WA, home, where she balances her career with life as a mom to two boys.

Her expertise spans general dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, and the dental med spa space, with a proven track record in revenue growth, marketing, RCM, project management, procurement, and leadership development. From the fast-paced world of startups to serving as Director of Operations for a DSO, she has built strategic systems and streamlined workflows to help practices thrive.

Passionate about empowering others, she is dedicated to fostering leadership and creating scalable solutions that drive success.

Regional Director

Karen is a Regional Director based in Wisconsin with an astounding track record in her career. She began her career 25 years ago as a front desk operator. After this, Karen assisted for nine years before going to hygiene school. Now, she’s regional director and enjoys her role as the liaison between offices and their support centers. Karen is proud of her willingness to go above and beyond to provide support for the teams she serves. She lives each day with Ralph Waldo Emerson in mind, “Do not go where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” When she’s not working, she spends time with her husband, Ken, on their farm, where they have a dog and eight horses. When it’s warm, they love to ride the trails and camp under the stars, enjoying fresh, clean air and nature’s beauty.

Never one to turn down a challenge, Tami has found success and growth on every team she’s worked with at GPS so far and looks forward to continuing that journey in the future. Angela’s organizational and problem-solving skills eventually led her to office management, and now she helps open new offices while advancing her dental skill set! Angela believes that one should always learn from their mistakes, be honest, and take on challenges that will further their growth. She’s passionate about the support she gives to others within the organization and loves setting achievable goals. Her goals for the future are to continue to learn and grow within the organization. When she’s not working, she likes to organize her spaces, spend time with her family, read, attend her son’s sporting events, camp, and take relaxing weekend getaways.

Michelle’s current focus is the day-to-day operations of practices, but she began her career in dentistry as a Registered Dental Assistant. She fell in love with dentistry during this time and has kept her registration as a dental assistant over 14 years later. Having extensive experience in both the clinical and the clerical sides of dentistry, Michelle always strives to help her team understand how both work together to advance a dental team. Michelle stands firmly in her belief that life is what you make it, so she spends each day living an active and outdoor lifestyle with her three wonderful children and loving boyfriend. Together, they love to play volleyball and explore new places. Sometimes, their two dogs and even the tortoise tag along on the adventures. Michelle looks forward to the future, where she plans to continue to use her love of dentistry to support dental practices. Her compassion for others inspires her to volunteer with nonprofits and offer her expertise to underserved communities.

Cindi’s passion for “servant leadership” has allowed her to help open 18 dental practices and implement the systems and processes that help them thrive. Cindi’s dedication to helping others goes beyond work. She loves to spend time with those she loves and served as a volunteer paramedic for 18 years in her community. Cindi has been married for 35 years and counting and loves to spend time with her family and friends riding roller coasters or cheering at any sporting event she can find. Cindi has three adult children and three grandchildren on the way that she can’t wait to meet as she continues to grow as a leader.

Originally from Walcott, Arkansas, Katlyn is a controller with GPS based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She began her journey into accounting at Arkansas State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, followed by her Master of Accountancy. After passing the CPA exam, she worked as a public accountant for three years before moving to private accounting. As a controller, Katelyn helps to keep the accounting process running smoothly by ensuring all financial statements are accurate and accounted for. 

When she’s not working, Katlyn loves spending time with her poodles, Harper and Francis, reading, cooking, and traveling. She’s also a Junior Champion and mentor in the Arkansas State University Women’s Leadership Center and the Vice President of the Northeast Arkansas chapter of the Arkansas Society of CPAs.

Breanna is a Lead Transition Coordinator based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Before stepping into her current role, Breanna was a dental hygienist for 10 years. Breanna utilizes superior organizational and communication skills to ease the transition of offices into the GPS sphere. She serves as the point of contact for offices and collects all of the necessary information to get new members fully onboarded and transitioned. Breanna believes that hard work pays off and strives to ensure all new locations feel fully supported by GPS. She knows she’s done a great job when the offices are happy and supported. Breanna has a daughter and two fur babies that she loves to spend time with when she’s not working.

Her expertise lies in her attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of insurance operations is handled carefully. Tara hopes to grow with GPS, adding to her years of experience. When not working, Tara finds joy in outdoor adventures, like camping and riding side by sides with her husband Cole. Married for a decade, Tara cherishes her family life with Cole and their two children, Drake and River.

LaQuita is the Lead Payroll Coordinator based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. LaQuita has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management, as well as her MBA. Some of LaQuita’s career highlights include being a Spring 2023 Graduate of the LEAP (Leverage Expertise to Accelerate Profit) Academy, Leedom 20 Group Best Performing Financial Services Manager 2016 & 2017, and the Top Profit Financial Services Manager 2015, 2016, & 2017. She has an amazing personal philosophy which is, “Lead by example” . LaQuita says, “There is nothing that I would request of someone that I am not willing to learn or do myself.” She is a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Kappa Nu Omega Chapter where she served as the Treasurer and Program Chair for the Building Economic Wealth Committee. LaQuita has been married 20 years to her husband, Reginald. Together, they have 2 children, son Kylan 15, and daughter Laiyah 9. LaQuita enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, sewing, and embroidery. She is also the co-owner of The Greek Vine Custom Apparel & Embroidery located in Jonesboro.

Brittney is a strong advocate for education and advancement. She believes that continuing education is the key to professional growth and exceptional patient care. When she’s not working, she likes to spend her time on the water and getting involved with sports. Cindy is a Credentialing Manager based in Washington. Her career in the dental industry began in 2003 as a dental assistant, where she swiftly transitioned to front office administration. Over the years, she has amassed extensive experience in practice management, regional operations, software conversions, payor enrollment and strategic planning. Some of Cindy’s professional highlights are that she started multiple RCM and Credentialing Departments, has been a Regional Manager overseeing 6 orthodontic practices, and she successfully negotiated fee schedule increases securing an unexpected lift in revenue of $2.5M in 8 months. Cindy was born and raised in Washington state, and she returned to her hometown after residing in Oklahoma and Kansas for 15 years to raise her sons, Joseph and Andrew. Together, we cherish family time through travel, outdoor adventures, and our shared love for camping, fishing, and hiking. In the future, she wishes to become Director or VP of Payor Strategy, as well as open her own dental payor enrollment company.

Zachary Keller is an experienced Facilities Manager with a diverse background in maintenance and operations. His career began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Maintenance Administrationman for four years. During this time, he traveled with his squadron, supporting pilots in the training of the FA-18, which instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail. After his military service, Zachary spent four years at Genesis Health Club as a maintenance technician. There, he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth from 20 gyms to 53, honing his skills in facilities management and operational efficiency. In his current role at GPS, Zachary is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and functionality of facilities, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all employees. He approaches his work with the philosophy that maintaining a well-functioning facility is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture. Outside of work, Zachary enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing basketball 2-3 times a week. His passion for outdoor activities reflects his adventurous spirit and love for staying active. Zachary is committed to his role and looks forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of GPS.

With a bachelor’s degree in business finance and a master’s degree in international business, Abigail utilizes her extensive knowledge and expertise to provide consistent and reliable procurement support for her teams. She’s also no stranger to the clinical side of dentistry with her Registered Dental Assistant license and certification for coronal polishing. Abigail is proud of her ability to maintain close, professional relationships with vendors to ensure her teams get the best deals on their supplies and equipment. When she’s not working, Abigail loves spending time with her English Bulldog, going to brunch, and traveling! In the future, she would like to do a panel on procurement and join Women in DSO as a mentee, then serve as a mentor after becoming a Chief Procurement Officer.

Kyle initially pursued dentistry after earning an Associates Degree in Biology. It was shortly after that he found his passion for marketing. With experience as a dental assistant, office manager, and marketer, Kyle seamlessly fits into the role of GPS Marketing Manager.

As Marketing Manager, Kyle focuses on strategy, digital marketing, and budget management. Before GPS, he was previously Director of Marketing for ATS Northern Nevada, a school for those interested in entering careers in the dental field. His other previous marketing efforts have included collaborations with notable clients like Brad Arnold (3 Doors Down) and Rick Harrison (Pawn Stars), contributing to their off-grid setups and sustainable energy transitions. With a track record like this, Kyle brings a fresh perspective to GPS.

In this role, Kyle hopes to lead his team with inspiration and innovation, fostering an environment where creativity thrives and empowers the dental offices we collaborate with to flourish while preserving their distinctiveness.

Apart from marketing, Kyle is deeply involved in community service, supporting causes like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Africa New Life. He is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities like mountain biking, snowboarding as he is originally from Lake Tahoe, and golfing. He is also a passionate sports fan, especially of the 49ers, and loves exploring Houston’s culinary scene with his girlfriend, who’s attending Baylor College of Medicine.

Cherie, our Marketing & Event Coordinator based in Lake Charles, LA, oversees marketing projects for our GPS affiliated offices and plans corporate events. With a degree in Accounting and Office Systems Technology, Cherie embarked on her journey in the marketing realm in 2022, bringing a fresh perspective and innovative approach to her role. Cherie’s strong communication and event planning skills are the cornerstones of her success, allowing her to successfully oversee digital marketing projects, graphic design, event planning and much more. Outside of work, Cherie cherishes her role as a mother to her daughter, Ava. Balancing her career and family life, Cherie is committed to constant growth and skill enhancement, always seeking new opportunities to make valuable contributions to GPS’s success.

Makayla Ullrich is a dedicated Marketing & Content Coordinator with eight years of experience in the dental industry. Starting her career as a dental assistant, she later transitioned to a treatment coordinator role, where she discovered her passion for social media content creation and community engagement. During her time in the front office, Makayla initiated a social committee, organizing service projects that reflect her commitment to philanthropy. In her current position at GPS, Makayla supports the marketing team by handling various tasks and managing the True North program. Her expertise in social media and community involvement allows her to contribute creatively and strategically to the company’s marketing efforts. Guided by her professional philosophy of “doing the right thing for the right reason,” Makayla strives to create meaningful content and foster a positive workplace culture. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two small children. The family loves outdoor activities, including riding their side-by-side, golfing, and going on nature walks. Looking ahead, Makayla is eager to expand her marketing knowledge and help GPS continue to grow and thrive in the industry.
